What to expect?

After you reach out, our Intake Coordinator will contact you to discuss your availability and what brings you to therapy.

Once that’s confirmed, you’ll be asked to complete an intake form.

Our team will then review your information and match you with a therapist who we believe is the best fit. Your therapist will follow up directly to schedule your first session.

What type of therapy is best for me?

Our therapists come from diverse backgrounds and have a range of specializations.

During your initial sessions, they’ll work with you to explore your needs and develop a personalized treatment plan.

Do you do direct billing?

Unfortunately, we do not do direct billing.

Your therapist will issue a receipt that you can submit to your benefits provider.

What is the fee and how do I pay?

  • $160 for 50 mins individual sessions 

  • $180-$200 for 50 mins couples sessions 

We accept e-transfer, cash, or cheque prior to the session.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

Late cancellations or no-shows will be charged the full session fee.

Do you offer in-person, virtual, and phone sessions?

Yes! We offer:

  • In-person sessions at our office

  • Virtual sessions across Ontario via our online system (Jane)

  • Phone sessions

Do I require a referral from my doctor?

No referral is needed to access our services.

However, some insurance providers may require one for reimbursement. We recommend checking with your provider in advance.
